In this time of extreme chaos and financial uncertainty, nonprofit organizations must be prepared to pivot, adapt, and make tough decisions to ensure survival, as well as long-term impact and sustainability. La Piana Consulting will introduce an approach to scenario planning that ensures any financial contingency analysis is rooted in mission impact and strategy alignment. They will share practical frameworks and examples for defining your organization’s “must do’s”, “won’t do’s”, and “might do’s” so you can develop options for confronting increasingly extreme scenarios and be ready for strategic pivots. This 90-minute webinar will include time for participants to develop four of their own scenarios as well as initial thinking around their “must-do’s”, “might-do’s”, and “won’t do’s”. Slides will be provided in advance to allow participants to use them as worksheets. This session is aimed at nonprofit executives and board leadership looking for guidance on navigating uncertainty and making mission-driven decisions.
